Job Title: Business Process Engineer / Enterprise Architecture Analyst - 2011-005

Location: Northern Virginia / Washington, DC / Maryland

Job Description:
- Works with staff members at multiple levels of the client organization to develop, analyze, and apply/use Enterprise Architecture models and data to support and enable Business Transformation and IT systems acquisition, integration, and modernization efforts,
- Develops architecture models, data and associated products in accordance with established U.S. Government and industry standards and best practices,
- Identifies, documents, and analyzes client operational and technical problems, risks, and opportunities in order to develop alternatives and recommendations for improvements,
- Performs DOTMLPF and gap/overlap analyses using architecture products and data,
- Prepares, delivers, and presents Enterprise Architecture products to clients for review,
- Prepares and delivers written reports and oral presentations on the results of Enterprise Architecture product and data analysis to clients,
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective customers,

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Systems Engineering or a similar analytical discipline or equivalent experience,

Experience Requirements:
Required - Two (2) years of relevant experience, Desired - Five (5) years of relevant experience,
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture laws, policies, concepts, and principles,
- Knowledge of and experience with developing integrated architecture descriptions in accordance with the DoDAF,
- Knowledge of and experience with the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA), IT Portfolio Management, CPIM, Business Systems Certification, and other DoD directives, instructions, regulations, pamphlets, policies, procedures, and documents driving and guiding Enterprise Architecture development and use in the DoD.
- Working knowledge of and experience with business process, information flow, data, application, and technical infrastructure modeling concepts and standards, including, but not limited to: IEEE Standard 1320.1-1998 (IDEF0), BPMN, UML, IEEE Standard 1320.2-1998 (IDEF1X), Functional Decomposition, Data Flow Diagramming, and other industry-standard systems and information engineering modeling types.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and DoD Reference Models and the Federal Segment Architecture Methodology (FSAM).
- Working knowledge of and experience with integrated Enterprise Architecture modeling tools,
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Able to plan, coordinate, and lead facilitated working sessions with client personnel,
- High degree of self-motivation and integrity; able to work with minimal supervision.

Certification Requirements:
Desired - Formal training and professional certifications related to Enterprise Architecture, Information Systems Engineering, Federal Chief Information Officer (CIO) responsibilities, Lean/Six Sigma, or Information Assurance.

Additional Qualifications:
Required - Working knowledge of and experience with Enterprise Architecture modeling tools,
Desired - Working knowledge of and experience with IBM Rational System Architect (formerly Telelogic, formerly Popkin), U.S. Army or other DoD experience.

Security Clearance:
Required - Must be capable of being cleared at the DoD Secret level. Desired - Current TS/SCI. Current polygraph (CI or Full Scope) preferred.

Travel Requirements:  Almost entirely local travel, i.e. weekly visits to Government offices in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for the purposes of leading and participating in working sessions and meetings with clients.  Anticipated distant travel time (TDY) not to exceed 5%.

Job Description:
- Organizes, trains, leads and manages Enterprise Architecture development team members,

Job Title: Engineer/Scientist (Ref 2011-001)

Location: Huntsville, AL

Develop and utilize advanced object-oriented programming techniques and tools to build aerospace vehicle simulations and conduct analyses. This will include flight algorithm and physics computer model development with heavy emphasis on deriving mathematical representations and coding.

Engineering or a related scientific degree with experience in and familiarity with some aspect of missile modeling and analysis such as dynamics, aerodynamics, control systems, and propulsion in a modeling and simulation context is required. Expertise with one or more systems languages (C++, Fortran, C) is required and familiarity with object-oriented techniques and scripting languages is desired. Advanced training in logistical fields. Experience in modeling and/or simulation using enterprise architecture tools such as Popkin System Architect. Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) Document.
