Job Title: Business Process Engineer/Enterprise Architecture
Location: College Park, MD
Conduct business process reengineering studies and recommend solutions for business systems and support processes. Support information systems; related policies and enterprise architecture standards through interviews and reviewing documentation.
Document current digitization workflow processes. Recommend solutions for function and technical process improvement.
Define and document requirements, conduction market research about current and future business trends and new technologies, perform analysis related to Return on Investment, Cost-Benefit.
Assess and make recommendations about system needs, including replacing or upgrading hardware components/software versions or system applications in order to improve existing information technology systems.
Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering, eDOCS, COTS, (ERA, HMS, ARCIS, ARC)
Job Title: Computer Security/Information Assurance Engineer - 2009-009
Location: Huntsville, AL
Well versed in the Linux Operating System - Novell SUSE preferred - including eDirectory (LDAP), DNS, RADIUS, SNMP. IT Security support tools including Tripwire, some SIEM tool support. Cisco and networking beneficial. CISSP is preferred.
Job Title: Configuration Manager (TS/SCI)
Location: Virginia/Washington, DC
Individual is responsible for physical and logical layer configuration management (CM) planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audit process. Individual will be responsible for maintaining and continually improving the CM process, working methods, and tools. Provide continuous coordination of progress on actions, tasking and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in defining, documenting, and changing and base lining project configuration items.
- Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) and maintain system documentation.
- Assist in changes to the CM process, responsible for establishing and maintaining both new and existing schedules.
- Improve and develop the process, working methods and tools.
- Liaise with the customer to ensure requirements are met and ensure the CMDB integrity.
- Implement approved changes to CMDB structure including attributes and relationships.
- Plan a schedule of independent audits and perform audits on the CMDB, comparing its contents with the actual IT infrastructure.
- Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall system, and coordinate recording of modifications for management control. Confer with department managers to obtain additional information or to interpret policies and procedures for reporting changes in product design.
- Creates configuration management "how-to" sheets for developers, tech writers, testers, and others who create artifacts that will be controlled
- Tracks all configuration items needed for compilation/build, installation, execution, testing and documentation of developed software
- Performs change/defects management and audits as necessary.
- Updates baseline copies of software as configuration changes are made in development and testing.
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures to ensure that configuration management controls are capable of supporting development, deployment and implementation activities to meet project needs.
- Ensures version control integrity for software and non-software components by reviewing project requirements. Establishes approach for resolving discrepancies to ensure requirements are met.
- Interprets configuration management activities and tools as defined for the account and applies them to project activities. Works with the project manager to develop configuration management plans, milestones, and schedules for projects. Suggests alternative revisions and assists in implementing new strategy as appropriate.
- Performs complex audits for projects or accounts according to the configuration management plans. Implements baselines that are established and approved by the appropriate control board. Recommends and implements suggestions as appropriate.
- Acts as lead for assigned projects. Assists and/or provides limited direction to lower level technical personnel.
- Identify, track and document standard and non-standard systems/items and any changes that affect the future system or network configuration roadmap as requested.
- Review technical data, drawings, and specifications to determine and establish sources of manufacture and repair/maintenance; analyzes and evaluates minor deviations in technical requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical material, preparation of management presentations and material in support of meetings minutes, agendas, and compilation of briefings.
- Assist in the management of proposed maintenance and engineering changes and presents them to the appropriate review board.
- Describe provisions for configuration identification, change control configuration status accounting and configuration audits.
- Identify and maintain the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, and related documentation.
- Support change process to incorporate approved and validated changes into product documents and related software.
- Track all problems and changes in product documents; reports changes and current configuration.
- Support and perform configuration audits to verify requirements of all baselines have been met.
- Works with the project manager to develop configuration management plans, milestones, and schedules for projects.
- Decomposes configuration items into appropriate configuration units to define the technical components required to satisfy the specified requirements of the project or tasks.
- Audits configuration management activities by validating results against the baseline. Report findings to project manager.
- Assists customers and support personnel in understanding product configuration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, management information systems, or related field preferred.
- TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
- Seven or more years of configuration analysis experience.
- Experience working with networking principles and local area networks.
- Should possess (or be able to obtain) ITIL Foundation certification.
- Industry standard certification in Information Technology-related field desired.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience with the use of CM and CMDB tools required.
- Experience with Office tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Experience performing Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
- Experience writing and implementing processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and support personnel.
- Supervisory and mentoring skills required.

Develop and utilize advanced object-oriented programming techniques and tools to build aerospace vehicle simulations and conduct analyses. This will include flight algorithm and physics computer model development with heavy emphasis on deriving mathematical representations and coding.
Engineering or a related scientific degree with experience in and familiarity with some aspect of missile modeling and analysis such as dynamics, aerodynamics, control systems, and propulsion in a modeling and simulation context is required. Expertise with one or more systems languages (C++, Fortran, C) is required and familiarity with object-oriented techniques and scripting languages is desired. Advanced training in logistical fields. Experience in modeling and/or simulation using enterprise architecture tools such as Popkin System Architect. Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) Document.
