Noelle Schneider joined DESE Research, Inc. in January 2019 and previously served as a Project Analyst and Lead before becoming the Project Control and Contract Manager. In this role, she oversees the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while safeguarding the organization’s interests. She also oversees personnel within the contracts and program control department. Prior to coming to DESE, Noelle gained over 25 years of experience in accounting with 12 of those years focused in Government contracting. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Contract Management.
